HL-Y Series CNC Special Shape Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine adopts PLC program control, servo feeding and servo stop-cutting. It uses multiple groups of horizontal and vertical straightening wheels for straightening, with the vertical ones being driving wheels for excellent straightening effect. It uses closed knives for cutting, resulting in flat cross-sections. The cutting method can be selected as servo motor or hydraulic cutting according to the material rigidity of users. Moreover, it can be customized into an integrated machine for straightening, profiling, cutting, punching and forming according to different cutting requirements of users.

It is suitable for special-shaped metal wires such as triangles, hexagons, diamonds, square wires, flat wires, trapezoids, D-shapes, etc., as well as soft metal round wires such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, iron, nickel, and stainless steel short shafts for traceless straightening and cutting. The wire feeding wheels and straightening wheels are polished and hardened, with smooth surfaces and durable performance.
