The HL-W series CNC fine wire straightening and cutting machine adopts PLC programming control. It features dual straightening shafts with forward/reverse rotation for straightening, and utilizes either servo flying shear or servo pneumatic cylinder cutting. Straightening employs variable frequency speed control, enabling customized processing parameter settings based on material-specific requirements of metal wires. The machine offers simple operation, rapid straightening, and causes no surface damage.
It processes various coiled metal wires including: stainless steel, copper, iron, aluminum, carbon steel, gold, silver, nickel, titanium, zirconium, manganese, tungsten, molybdenum, etc., as well as alloy wires such as silver-copper, platinum-iridium, platinum-rhodium, beryllium copper, and phosphor bronze.
Widely applied in: communication equipment, aerospace, electronics & electrical appliances, automotive manufacturing, medical devices, precision instruments, locomotive components, iron wire crafts, electric motor cores, and related industries.
This equipment features automatic operation with fault detection, early warning, alarm functions, and a production volume setting capability.
